Position Description
EARNING POTENTIAL OF UP TO $15 PER HOUR ON WEEKENDS
Job Purpose:
To serve hotel guests during their stay by making it easier and more enjoyable to arrive, check in and stay at the property.
Essential Responsibilities:
· Park guests cars in restricted parking lot
· Escorts incoming hotel guests to rooms
· Assists guests with luggage
· Offers information pertaining to available services and facilities of hotel, points of interest and entertainment attractions
· Delivers messages and runs errands
· Transport guests in hotel shuttle to and from airport and other points of interest
· Maintain front porte-cochere by picking up trash, cleaning oil leaks, shoveling snow and hosing off sidewalks.
· Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two minor infractions. MVR checks are conducted!
- Must have a great attitude and excellent customer services and communication skills
- Must take initiative to great guests in a friendly and warm manner
- Must report to work on time for scheduled shifts and be available for on-call shifts as needed
- Must know and comply with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties
- Must maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Prior Valet and Hotel experience preferred.
